We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented BPO Non-Voice Process Executive to join our team. This role involves handling backend operations such as data entry, email support, and live chat assistance. The ideal candidate should have good written communication skills, strong typing speed, and basic computer knowledge. Responsibilities include processing customer queries efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standard operating procedures, and meet productivity targets. Prior experience in a non-voice BPO role is an added advantage, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
