Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain call logs and update customer interaction records in the system.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department as needed.

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication skills in English and any one regional language.

• Ability to handle calls politely and patiently.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Prior experience in a voice process or call center is an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
