We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Domestic Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have good command over English and at least one regional language to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently via phone calls.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain call logs and update customer interaction records in the system.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department as needed.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and any one regional language.
Ability to handle calls politely and patiently.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior experience in a voice process or call center is an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
