About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Associates to join our Safety Response Team (SRT). This role involves real-time monitoring and resolution of safety-related alerts, ensuring timely coordination with field teams, and maintaining accurate data records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor and take immediate action on Critical alerts in real time

● Coordinate with field teams for swift alert resolution and follow-ups

● Handle escalations and ensure prompt communication of critical issues

● Maintain accurate and timely logs, trackers, and dashboards

● Make outbound calls to occupants for alert verification and resolution

● Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth end-to-end closure of cases

Key Skills & Requirements

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

● Effective communication skills in both Hindi and English

● Basic understanding of batteries, IoT systems, and Google location services

● Familiarity with internal tools such as TMS (Ticket Management System), Jarvis, and dashboards

● Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts

● Working knowledge of Excel, Slack, and online dashboards

Educational Qualification

● Minimum: 12th Pass, Graduate, or Diploma
