Staff Supervision & Training:
Oversee and mentor team members, delegate tasks, create work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and train new employees.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
Operations & Administration:
Assist with the daily smooth functioning of operations, implement company policies, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Inventory & Resources:
Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and assist with budget and resource allocation.
Problem-Solving:
Resolve issues that arise during shifts and provide effective solutions to workplace problems.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
Management Support:
Fill in for the senior manager when they are absent and support them in achieving business goals.
