Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Position Overview:
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic planning. This position involves managing teams, ensuring project completion, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise teams, ensuring performance targets are met.
Project Management: Oversee real estate projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on operations, sales, and financial performance to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate strategies and operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in real estate.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Location: Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur
Salary: 35K - 50K with performance-based incentives.
Age Limit - 25 to 35
