Key Responsibilities
1. Online Store Operations
Assist in daily management of the company’s e-commerce platforms (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Oversee product listings, stock updates, pricing accuracy, and content quality.
Ensure smooth order processing, coordination with warehouse teams, and timely issue resolution.
2. Website & Platform Management
Work with technical teams to maintain website performance, usability, and functionality.
Monitor site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
Identify and fix issues such as broken links, checkout errors, and display problems.
3. Digital Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC).
Coordinate with marketing teams for banners, creatives, and promotional calendars.
Track and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI.
4. Product & Content Management
Manage product catalogue including SKU creation, descriptions, images, and metadata.
Ensure accurate and compelling content to increase conversions.
Plan merchandising strategies including homepage layout, category sorting, and promotional placements.
5. Sales & Performance Analytics
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance metrics.
Analyze customer behaviour, website traffic, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs.
Prepare performance reports and share insights for improvement.
6. Customer Experience & Support
Coordinate with customer service teams to address inquiries and complaints.
Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements.
Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise with logistics partners, payment gateway providers, and external agencies.
Work with inventory, finance, and marketing teams to align on promotions, stock levels, and budgeting.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or marketplace portals).
Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console), and reporting.
Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online sales strategies.
Preferred
Experience with marketplace management tools or ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
