Job Responsibilities

1️Lead Management

• Coordinate with Mr. Pritesh for sourcing and allocation of leads.

• Ensure cost per lead is reduced to ₹11 or below.

• Upload and maintain lead data in the CRM system accurately and on time.

• Prepare and submit a weekly report including:

  • Number of mandates completed from the leads

  • Duplicate data ratio

  • Lead performance and conversion trends

2️⃣ Customer Issue Resolution

• Handle escalated customer concerns with prompt and effective solutions.

• Track issue closures to ensure timely resolution.

• Document all major complaints and prepare reports for review.

• Share periodic summaries of both resolved and pending issues with management.

3️⃣ Back Office Reporting

• Oversee all back-office reporting, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination.

• Supervise and update Color Zone Management, including:

  • Daily tracking of mandate status for each color zone (Red, Orange, Green)

  • Zone-wise performance mapping for leads and staff

  • Reporting to relevant stakeholders and management

• Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports with detailed zone-based analytics.

4️⃣ Performance Monitoring

• Monitor the performance of all telecalling and support staff regularly.

• Coordinate with HR to:

  • Align and communicate performance KPIs and targets

  • Identify underperformers and recommend appropriate action plans

  • Maintain detailed performance documentation for appraisals and disciplinary processes
