Job Title: Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales

Role Overview:NoBroker is seeking a dynamic, travel-ready, and street-smart Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to represent our B2B services directly to corporate clients. This is a field-intensive sales role, ideal for professionals who enjoy face-to-face interactions, building strategic relationships, and delivering impactful solutions to corporate clients like Admin Heads, HR Heads, and
Facility Managers.
You’ll be given complete training on how to represent NoBroker’s offerings—ranging from repair and maintenance to employee relocation—confidently and effectively in the corporate world.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential corporate clients in your assigned territory.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective B2B clients.
🤝 Client Engagement:
Conduct in-person meetings with Admins, HR, and Facility Heads.
Present NoBroker’s full suite of B2B services to showcase value.
📈 Account Management:
Act as the single point of contact from the first interaction to final service delivery.
Understand client requirements and work internally for seamless execution.
💼 Relationship Building:
Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
Position NoBroker as the preferred partner through consistent service delivery.
💰 Revenue Generation:
Convert leads into active business and drive revenue growth.
Engage with Admin and Procurement teams to maximize business opportunities.
Achieve revenue targets through client onboarding and increasing wallet share.
Track and report progress on revenue goals regularly.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate (minimum)
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales or corporate client handling
Experience dealing with Admin, HR, Procurement, or Facility Management teams is preferred
Mobility: Must own a personal vehicle for local travel
Skills & Attributes:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High street-smart quotient and ability to read client environments
Relationship-building and persuasive selling skills
Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person client meetings
Result-oriented and self-driven with a proactive mindset
