Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing overall housekeeping operations.
Supervise room attendants, public area staff, and linen staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure all guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping are resolved promptly and professionally.
Help prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and leave plans to ensure adequate coverage.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment inventory and place orders when needed.
Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping tools and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff to maintain service standards.
Maintain housekeeping logs, reports, and performance records.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for seamless guest service and upkeep.
Monitor laundry operations and outsourcing (if applicable).
