Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have a student-first mindset, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to represent our institution professionally.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, and career pathways
✔ Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism
✔ Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
✔ Collaborate with internal teams for smooth on-boarding and documentation
✔ Participate in education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student services

• Strong verbal & written communication in both English and Hindi

• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse student profiles

• Familiarity with CRM tools & basic computer applications is a plus
