Job Description

Good Flippin' Burgers is looking for energetic and responsible Store Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily store operations, prepare food items, maintain hygiene standards, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders and ensure accurate order processing.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of burgers, fries, and other menu items.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area.

• Manage billing and basic cash handling when required.

• Ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained.

• Monitor inventory and report stock requirements to the manager.

• Support smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
