Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining hygiene standards, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring high-quality food presentation. The chef should have good knowledge of traditional spices and cooking techniques and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
