We are looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing a wide range of South Indian dishes and maintaining consistent taste and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, chutney, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.

• Manage ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating.

• Ensure consistency in food quality and taste.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.

• Good knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking methods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good communication and time management skills.

• Willingness to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
