Recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, including addressing employee issues and conflicts.
Customer Service:
Ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and creating a positive dining experience.
Financial Management:
Managing budgets, controlling costs, generating financial reports, and ensuring profitability.
Inventory Management:
Ordering supplies, tracking inventory levels, and minimizing waste.
Operations Management:
Overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
