Job Title: Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a wide variety of pizzas, from traditional Neapolitan to gourmet styles, using both wood-fired and conventional ovens. You must be able to follow recipes, maintain quality standards, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare high-quality pizzas according to restaurant recipes and customer preferences
Manage dough preparation, proofing, and stretching techniques
Cook pizzas using proper equipment (wood-fired, stone, or conveyor ovens)
Monitor inventory of pizza ingredients and place orders when needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the pizza station
Coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house for timely service
Innovate and suggest new pizza recipes and seasonal menu items
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Creativity and a passion for Italian cuisine
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Experience with gluten-free or vegan pizza options is a bonus
