We are seeking an experienced and passionate Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of traditional Neapolitan pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, fermentation, topping application, and cooking in a wood-fired oven. Your role is critical in maintaining the authenticity, consistency, and high quality of our pizza offerings.
Prepare and manage traditional Neapolitan pizza dough (48-72 hour fermentation).
Operate and maintain a wood-fired pizza oven at optimal temperature (~430–480°C).
Hand-stretch dough and apply toppings using authentic Neapolitan methods.
Ensure pizzas meet established quality and presentation standards.
Monitor inventory of pizza ingredients and assist in ordering supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the prep and cooking areas.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Train junior staff on authentic techniques if required.
