Position Overview

We are looking for a Pantry Boy to manage pantry services and support day-to-day office hospitality requirements. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, serving refreshments, maintaining pantry stock, and assisting in basic office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area, utensils, and equipment.

• Maintain inventory of pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, snacks, etc.) and report requirements on time.

• Assist in arranging refreshments for meetings, conferences, and office events.

• Support in basic office tasks, such as handling couriers, photocopying, or delivering documents when needed.

• Follow health and safety standards in food handling and pantry operations.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Prior experience as a Pantry Boy/Office Assistant preferred.

• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.

• Polite, punctual, and well-mannered with good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
