Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Kitchen & Room Technician (KRT) to manage guest rooms, handle basic cooking tasks, and oversee overall maintenance of assigned areas. The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, well-organized, and able to deliver a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Management

1-Ensure all guest rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
2-Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and maintain overall room readiness.
3-Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.


Cooking & Food Preparation

1-Prepare and cook meals as per requirement (basic home-style or guest-specific).
2-Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and stock of groceries.
3-Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Overall Housekeeping & Maintenance

1-Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobby, kitchen, dining area, etc.).
2-Report and coordinate for any repairs or maintenance issues.
3-Support in overall hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

1-Prior experience in housekeeping, cooking, or hospitality preferred.
2-Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
3-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
4-Good communication skills and guest-oriented attitude.
5-Physically fit and able to handle cleaning and cooking tasks.
