Prepare ingredients and meals as per recipes (cutting, boiling, blanching, etc.)
Handle non-vegetarian items confidently and hygienically
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Assist in inventory handling and tracking
Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure timely execution of orders during peak hours
Follow kitchen protocols, SOPs, and safety standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain workflow
Open to working in rotational shifts between 7 AM to 3 AM
