We are looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic Indian cuisine, knowledge of regional specialties, and the ability to maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, or Multi-regional as required).
Develop and innovate new menu items while maintaining traditional recipes.
Ensure food is prepared with high quality, consistency, and presentation.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor food inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required.
Work collaboratively with the management team to plan menus and special events.
Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary certification/diploma preferred but not mandatory.
