We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cook (Maharaj) / specializing in Veg/Nonveg cuisine with expertise in Indian and Chinese-style dishes. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, creativity in cooking, and the ability to prepare a variety of delicious and hygienic meals.
SALARY- Upto 30K
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality pure vegetarian Indian meals (North Indian, South Indian, Gujarati, Punjabi, etc.).
Cook Indian-Chinese fusion dishes (e.g., Veg Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Hakka Noodles, Schezwan Fried Rice).
Plan daily menus considering nutritional balance and taste preferences.
Ensure food is prepared in a clean, hygienic, and timely manner.
Manage kitchen inventory, stock, and grocery purchases efficiently.
Maintain proper food storage and minimize wastage.
Adapt cooking style to suit family/guest preferences.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maharaj/Cook in households, restaurants, or hotels.
Expertise in Indian vegetarian cooking (dal, sabzi, roti, rice, snacks, sweets).
Knowledge of Indo-Chinese vegetarian dishes.
Ability to cook healthy, tasty, and visually appealing meals.
Familiarity with modern kitchen appliances.
Good hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
