We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Indian cuisine to manage a specific section of our kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Indian dishes while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards are upheld.
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (curries, tandoor, breads, biryanis, starters, etc.) based on the assigned kitchen section.
Ensure all food preparation meets restaurant standards and quality benchmarks.
Assist in the development and standardization of recipes and techniques for Indian cuisine.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of your work area at all times.
Work closely with Sous Chef or Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
Manage mise-en-place and ensure readiness during service hours.
Train and guide Commis and junior staff in the section.
Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations as per FSSAI or HACCP standards.
Minimum 3–5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as CDP or DCDP specializing in Indian cuisine.
