🧾 Job Title: Kitchen Helper

Location: Patna, Bihar
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

🛠 Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation like chopping vegetables, grinding masalas, kneading dough, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and work surfaces at all times.

• Help in washing dishes and managing the sink area throughout the shift.

• Refill water, ingredients, and raw materials as per the chef’s requirement.

• Organize incoming stock and place them properly in storage.

• Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly and keep the kitchen hygienic.

• Assist in plating or packing food if required (especially during rush hours).

• Support the cook/chef in daily operations and during meal service.

📋 Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setup preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness in a kitchen.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods.

• Punctual, honest, and willing to learn on the job.

🕐 Working Hours:

6 days a week, 9–10 hour shifts (break included) — exact timing will depend on meal service hours.
