Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce a variety of sweets and confections—traditional mithai, candies, fusion desserts—by measuring, mixing, and cooking ingredients accurately .

• Maintain high standards of taste, texture, appearance, and quality through consistent recipe execution 

• Innovate and develop new sweet products to complement Samosa Singh’s evolving menu .
  
  

• Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and meet food safety guidelines 

• Package, label, and store finished products properly for distribution.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in making sweets, confections, or desserts in a commercial or artisanal kitchen setting 

• Understanding of ingredients, recipe formulation, and food safety practices

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in flavor and presentation.

• Creativity to craft appealing sweets that reflect Samosa Singh’s brand of innovative, flavourful snacks 

• Physical stamina for standing, lifting ingredients, and managing production equipment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with kitchen and operations teams.
