Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure kitchen hygiene and compliance with safety regulations.

• Organize cooking utensils, equipment, and fresh Ayurvedic ingredients.

• Cook meals in line with Ayurvedic principles, focusing on balance and nourishment.

• Adhere to authentic Ayurvedic recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Guide and support kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficiency.

• Check and discard expired ingredients to ensure freshness.

• Adjust meals to meet specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free).

• Educate staff on Ayurvedic cooking methods and their health benefits.
  
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
