Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Hard Rock recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain quality, portion, and presentation consistency across all dishes.
Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Be adaptable to special requests and dietary requirements from guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook/commis/line chef in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Passion for food and delivering high-quality dishes.
