Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and high-quality output of baked goods.
Plan and schedule production to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.
Supervise baking staff and assign duties across shifts.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with purchasing as needed.
