We are seeking a motivated and multi-skilled individual to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, assisting in basic food preparation, and actively managing and improving our restaurant’s online ratings and reputation. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills and a good understanding of both kitchen operations and digital platforms.
Greet and interact with walk-in and call-in customers politely.
Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS system.
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items and ingredients.
Assist chefs or kitchen staff with basic food prep like cutting vegetables, assembling dishes, or plating.
Ensure food hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Monitor food quality and report issues immediately.
Ensure all food is presented attractively and per restaurant standards.
Monitor reviews and ratings on platforms such as Google, Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats, TripAdvisor, etc.
Respond to customer feedback (both positive and negative) in a professional and timely manner.
Encourage happy customers to leave reviews and ratings.
Work with the manager to resolve complaints and improve service quality based on online feedback.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in restaurant service or kitchen operations is preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Familiarity with digital platforms and social media.
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
