We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental First Commi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of continental cuisine, kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily food preparation.

• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to standard recipes.

• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.

• Control wastage and follow portion standards.

• Assist in managing mise-en-place for smooth kitchen operations.

• Follow HACCP and food safety regulations strictly.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Commi I Chef or similar role in continental cuisine.

• Strong knowledge of sauces, grills, pasta, salads, soups, and international dishes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Culinary degree/diploma or relevant certification preferred.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
