Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and skilled Commis Chefs (I, II & III) to join our culinary team at our Chennai locations. The ideal candidates will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in delivering quality meals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as per standard recipes and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and HACCP standards strictly.
Assist senior chefs (DCDP, CDP) in daily kitchen operations.
Manage inventory levels for assigned sections.
Maintain personal grooming and adhere to grooming standards.
Requirements:
Commis I: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of Indian or Continental cuisine preferred.
Commis II: 1–2 years of kitchen experience. Basic cooking skills and understanding of kitchen operations.
Commis III: 0–1 year of experience. Freshers with culinary training are welcome.
