The Commi III will assist in food preparation and basic kitchen operations under the supervision of senior chefs. The role ensures quality, hygiene, and consistency in all food items served at PVR INOX.
Assist in preparation, cutting, chopping, and marination as instructed by the Chef.
Support in cooking basic dishes and follow standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per company standards.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method in handling raw materials.
Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies.
Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and adhere to company policies.
Support senior chefs during busy operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant culinary training.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a kitchen role (freshers with strong interest can apply).
Age: 20 – 26 years.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
