Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:

Cooking Assistance:
Assist in cooking and plating various dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in their workstation and the kitchen, following all health and safety guidelines.
Stock Management:
Monitor stock movement, assist with deliveries, and practice proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
Station Management:
Keep their assigned section organized and replenished with necessary ingredients for smooth operations.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all food prepared meets the specified standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all food safety regulations, procedures for temperature checking, labeling, and dating food.
