Assist senior chefs in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling ingredients).
Prepare simple dishes under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI norms).
Properly store food items as per FIFO standards.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Support in plating and service during peak hours.
Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely.
Perform any other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor.
