Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control in every dish.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen as per food safety standards.

• Manage inventory, order ingredients, and reduce food wastage.

• Experiment with new recipes and seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

• Train and guide kitchen assistants or junior chefs when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Food Chef (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional preparation methods.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Food safety certification is an advantage.
