Role Overview:
We are hiring Commis Chefs for both Central Kitchen (Preparation & Cooking) and Outlets (Assembly & Service). Candidates will be assigned to either central kitchen or outlet operations based on skills and requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, cutting, marination, and cooking support.
Handle packaging of finished products as per brand standards.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.
Follow SOPs for consistency and minimize wastage.
Support daily production and dispatch schedules.
Flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
Requirements:
0–2 years’ experience in kitchen/food production (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of food prep or packaging.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
Locations: Malad, Andheri, Powai, Lower Parel, Khar, Kalina, Kala Ghoda
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and serve menu items (bowls, salads, wraps, sandwiches, desserts).
Maintain mise-en-place and ensure smooth order flow.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and brand presentation standards.
Handle orders accurately and maintain outlet cleanliness.
Support outlet team in timely service and stock management.
Flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
Requirements:
0–2 years’ experience in QSR/restaurant service (freshers welcome).
Basic food handling knowledge and good communication.
Team player with a positive attitude.
