Assisting with inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and rotation.
Hygiene and Safety:
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following hygiene regulations, and adhering to safety protocols for food handling and equipment.
Assisting Senior Chefs:
Providing assistance to chefs and cooks in various tasks, including portioning, measuring, mixing ingredients, and plating dishes.
Adhering to Company Procedures:
Following established procedures for food labeling, dating, temperature checks, and cleaning schedules.
Other Duties:
Performing other duties as assigned by the senior chefs, which may include refilling buffet items, checking food quality, or communicating with customers.
