We are looking for a Commi 2 to join our team at Ckr Retail Private Limited and prepare delicious Bakery products. To assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of bakery items in accordance with standardized recipes and hygiene standards, under the supervision of senior chefs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily preparation of baked goods including bread, rolls, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately following standard recipes and procedures.

• Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and proofers safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP) during all stages of preparation and storage.

• Label and store food ingredients and baked items properly.
