Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Support senior chefs with daily operations and mise en place.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain inventory levels and report shortages.
Experience in Continental cuisine (Starters, Main Course, Sauces, Grills, etc.).
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
