Primary Responsibilities:
Guide and supervise Commis III and helpers
Handle mise-en-place, dough balling, marination, meat/veg prep
Execute pizza preparation — stretching, topping, baking with speed & accuracy
Keep make-line, ingredients, and tools ready and well-organized
Support full menu execution (pizza, pasta, risotto, soup, salads, etc.)
Ensure proper segregation of veg/non-veg/pork items
Maintain station and equipment cleanliness; follow daily/weekly deep cleaning routines
Support chef in inventory and basic procurement when needed
