Job description-
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and guidelines.
Assist Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures as per HACCP standards.
Ensure portion control and minimize food wastage.
Support in receiving and checking food deliveries.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of service.
Uphold the company’s culinary vision and contribute to innovation in menu offerings.
