Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Continental
Reports To: Head Chef
Role Summary:
The Chef de Partie – Continental is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within the continental section of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes
Maintain portion control, flavor balance, and plating aesthetics.
Developing new menu items under the guidance of the Head Chef.
3. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor and manage ingredient usage to minimize wastage.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining food quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in a continental kitchen, preferably in a café or restaurant setup.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and plating techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
