Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients for pizza production.

• Cook pizzas in wood-fired/stone oven, deck oven, or other methods as per restaurant standards.

• Ensure pizzas are presented consistently, meeting portion and quality standards.

• Assist in maintaining stock levels of pizza ingredients and reduce wastage.

• Follow recipes and guidance from the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station at all times.

• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.

• Support the team during busy service periods with preparation and plating.

• Report any maintenance issues with kitchen equipment to supervisors.
