About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, curries, etc.)

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.

• Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for South Indian dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety standards.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
