Salary:14000-18000(Inhand)
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in Tandoor & Indian cuisine)
Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage
Prepare and cook Tandoor & Indian dishes as per standard recipes
Assist the Chef de Partie and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure timely preparation and presentation of food
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Handle kitchen equipment and ensure their proper usage
Manage mise-en-place and assist in stock control
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Prior experience in Tandoor and Indian cuisine is a must
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management
