We are seeking a skilled Momo Chef with strong expertise in Chinese-style dumpling preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality momos—from dough preparation to filling, shaping, steaming, or frying—while maintaining exceptional kitchen hygiene, consistency, and efficiency.
Prepare, mix, and knead dough for momos according to traditional Chinese culinary techniques.
Create and season a variety of fillings, including vegetarian, chicken, pork, beef, and fusion options.
Shape and fold momos using professional techniques to ensure uniformity and visual appeal.
Cook momos by steaming, boiling, or frying as required.
Maintain consistent taste, texture, and portion size.
Manage ingredients, ensure freshness, and assist with inventory control.
Uphold food safety standards and kitchen hygiene at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and support overall Chinese cuisine production.
Develop new momo variations, sauces, and menu ideas when requested.
Ensure timely preparation for service during peak hours.
Proven experience as a Momo Chef, Dumpling Chef, or Chinese Cuisine Cook.
Strong knowledge of Chinese dumpling techniques, spices, and cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
Creativity in developing new flavors and momo styles (preferred).
