Qualification:
B.Sc. Catering Science and Hotel Management/ B.Sc. in Catering and Culinary Arts/ Diploma in Catering or Food Service Management
Job Description:
· Prepare ingredients for kitchen appliance testing in accordance with established protocols.
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and functionality of the kitchen lab, ensuring proper upkeep of appliances and utensils.
· Manage inventory and stock levels of ingredients and cooking essentials.
Key Skills:
· Hands-on experience or familiarity with cooking and using a range of kitchen appliances.
· Energetic and proactive approach to support cooking trials and testing routines.
