Experience Required: 4–8 years (Preference: Bikaji / Haldiram / other reputed Indian snack & sweet brands)
We are an emerging food startup in Delhi NCR, focused on delivering authentic Indian snacks, sweets, and quick-serve products. We are seeking a skilled Chef with background from Bikaji, Haldiram, or similar companies to set up and standardize our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
Develop and execute menus for traditional Indian snacks, namkeens, and sweets.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and hygiene across all products.
Innovate and launch new food items based on market demand.
Manage kitchen operations, raw material usage, and inventory.
Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and FSSAI regulations.
Collaborate with management to align recipes and products with business strategy.
Proven experience as Chef in Bikaji / Haldiram / similar reputed brands.
Strong expertise in Indian snacks, namkeen, sweets, and fast-moving packaged food items.
Knowledge of bulk preparation and mass production techniques.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
