Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef who can craft dishes across multiple cuisines – from timeless Continental classics to bold Pan-Asian flavours, rich Indian heritage curries, and comforting soups & starters. The Chef will be responsible for daily kitchen operations, quality control, and maintaining hygiene standards, all while delivering exceptional food experiences to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of dishes across Continental, Indian, Pan-Asian, and soup/starter menus.
Ensure food is cooked and presented with consistency, quality, and creativity.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Support menu planning, inventory control, and coordinate with the café team for smooth service.
Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in multi-cuisine kitchens or culinary training from a reputed institute.
Strong understanding of Continental, Indian, and Asian cooking techniques.
Excellent time management, teamwork, and plating skills.
Commitment to hygiene, discipline, and a positive kitchen culture.
