Key Responsibilities
Handle complete kitchen operations and food preparation
Create and manage café-style menus
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
Train kitchen staff on recipes, SOPs, and food safety
Monitor inventory, food costing, and wastage control
Ensure FSSAI hygiene and safety compliance
Support franchise outlet kitchen setup and operations
Introduce seasonal and promotional menu items
Coordinate with management for daily operations and customer feedback
Skills Required
Knowledge of:
Continental cuisine
Chinese / Indo-Chinese cuisine
Kitchen management & stock control
Staff training and leadership
Menu planning & recipe standardization
Communication and team handling skills
