As we expand our culinary horizons, we’re looking to bring on board a dedicated Commis Chef (Level 1) who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes across Italian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines

• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one of the following cuisines: Italian, Continental or Chinese

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

• Strong team spirit and reliability

• Prior experience in a cafe or restaurant kitchen
